What details help the provider respond faster?

• What the AC is doing (not cooling, won't start, frozen lines, leaking water, a noise or smell) and when it started.
• The type of system if you know it: central AC with a furnace, heat pump, package unit on the roof or ground, or a mobile home unit.
• The approximate age of the system and any error codes on the thermostat.
• Whether anyone at home is at higher risk from heat, so the contractor can prioritize.
